Lara Dalch

Lara Dalch is a seasoned professional in learning strategy and experience design, currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Partner at Workiva. Previously, they held key roles such as Director of Learning Content at Imperative and Head of Marketing at Seattle Reproductive Medicine, where they significantly enhanced brand awareness and developed effective learning materials. Lara also teaches courses in digital marketing and communications at the University of Washington while running their own coaching and consulting practice. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and have a history of generating impactful results across various industries, including media and healthcare.
