Lilli Newman

Lilli Newman, CSM®, currently serves as a Board Member for the Arthritis Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting the arthritis community. Since June 2019, Lilli has held the position of Senior Software Delivery Manager at Workiva, where significant contributions include leading disability inclusion initiatives and facilitating agile product development with a large team. Lilli's previous roles at Workiva encompass various management positions focused on product success and customer retention. Before Workiva, Lilli worked at EY as a Technology Risk Consultant and Performance Improvement Consultant, advising on IT processes and creating efficiency plans. Early career experiences include internships with Tech Parks Arizona and Siemens, alongside leadership roles in sustainability and finance during time at the University of Arizona. Lilli holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of Arizona.
