Mark Richardson

Mark Richardson serves as the Vice President of Sales for Global Capital Markets at Workiva since March 2016, leading initiatives for a prominent cloud provider of data, reporting, and compliance solutions utilized by numerous enterprises worldwide. Prior to this role, Richardson was the Senior Director of Global Sales for Capital Markets at Merrill Corporation from January 2011 to March 2016, overseeing technology-enabled solutions for secure content sharing and regulated communications. Earlier in career, Richardson held various senior vice president and vice president positions at Bowne from 1996 to 2011, demonstrating extensive experience in sales and leadership within the financial services and compliance sectors. Richardson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Cleveland State University, having also attended Ohio University.
