Matthew Allen has extensive experience in solution engineering and sales in the public sector, currently serving as a Solution Engineer at Workiva since August 2017. Previous roles at Workiva include Regional Sales Director for Retirement Systems, Strategic Renewals Manager, and Government Account Manager, with Matthew being recognized as a 2020 Presidents Club Winner. Prior to Workiva, Matthew interned in marketing for the Iowa State University Athletics Department, where campaign execution and event planning were key responsibilities. Matthew also gained experience as a Business Intelligence Intern at Bemis Company, Inc., focusing on market analysis within the soup industry, and completed training as an Officer Candidate in the United States Marine Corps. Matthew holds a degree from Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business, earned between 2013 and 2017.
