Michael Vessella serves as the Director of Product Design and User Experience at Workiva since April 2021, having previously held the position of Director of UI Design & Design Systems. Prior to this role, Michael was the Director of Visual Design at UKG from December 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included driving design strategy and implementing a scrum-based agile approach. Michael's extensive experience also includes a notable tenure at Digitas North America from 2004 to 2019, progressing to Vice President, where leadership was provided to a team of 20 in experience design and product development. Michael holds an MBA and a BS in Marketing, both from Providence College.
