Nathan Detharidge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as the JV Lacrosse Coach at Higley High School since April 2024, Nathan also holds a Senior Manager position in Solution Consulting at Workiva, a role commenced in January 2014. Nathan's military career spans over a decade with the Arizona Army National Guard, where responsibilities have included Company Commander and various leadership roles such as Scout/Sniper Platoon Leader and Infantry Platoon Leader. Nathan has contributed significantly to youth lacrosse as the Program Director and Head Coach for Gilbert Youth Lacrosse from October 2016 to April 2024. Earlier roles include a Senior Close Operations Specialist at Bank of America and an Enrollment Advisor at the University of Phoenix. Nathan holds an MBA and a BS in Business Administration, both from the University of Phoenix.
