Océane Benamara

Océane Benamara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Architect at Workiva since September 2022, Océane has previously held roles as a Customer Success Manager and Architect, particularly at Lucid, where responsibilities included tracking customer health and advocating for user adoption. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Account Manager at FareHarbor, managing a portfolio of over 150 accounts and mentoring new team members. Additional experience encompasses communication and brand development roles at Mr. Wonderful, contributing to marketing strategies and expanding brand awareness internationally. Océane holds a Master of Science in Digital Marketing from KEDGE Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business & Marketing from ESCI-UPF, complemented by an international exchange program at Université Laval.
