Rachael Staab

Rachael Staab is a sustainability professional with extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting and strategy. They have served as the Manager of ESG and Sustainability Reporting at The Hershey Company, where they developed and executed non-financial reporting strategies, and currently holds the position of Global Sustainability Director at Workiva. Previously, Rachael held various roles in organizations including Wells Fargo, Hennepin County, and Target, where they excelled in data management, compliance, and corporate responsibility. Rachael holds a Master of Science in Forensic Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a dual Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Criminalistics from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville. Known for innovative problem-solving, Rachael actively fosters collaboration among diverse stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
