Rachel Powers

Rachel Powers serves as the Sales Enablement Training Manager at Workiva since November 2022, where responsibilities include creating industry-specific training programs to enhance productivity within Go To Market roles. With over eight years of experience in enablement and training, Rachel previously held roles at Datto, Inc., including Manager of Enablement, where a comprehensive Partner Success training program was established, and Manager of Strategic Initiatives, overseeing a team focused on customer experience initiatives. Rachel’s background also includes project management and production roles in educational and theatrical settings, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English from Binghamton University and additional leadership training from Yale University.
