Raegen Smith

Raegen Smith is a seasoned professional in human resources and people services, currently serving as a Senior People Services Specialist at Workiva since December 2018. Throughout the tenure at Workiva, Raegen has facilitated various aspects of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, compliance audits, and HRIS management. Prior experience includes roles such as Human Resource Intern at BUNN, where responsibilities included payroll processing for a large employee base and compliance research. Additionally, Raegen has held positions as a Dance Instructor at Premiere Dance Project and Dancer with the Iowa Wolves. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in dance from Iowa State University and an Associate of Arts from Southwestern Community College.
