Rob Hess has extensive experience in operations auditing and compliance, currently serving as a Senior GRC Operations Auditor at Workiva since July 2016, where previous roles also included Compliance Auditor and Customer Success Expert. Prior to Workiva, Rob worked at Mary Greeley Medical Center as a Reprocessing Specialist and GI Technician from October 2015 to July 2016. Rob’s earlier career included a position as Plasma Center Manager at Biolife Plasma Services from March 2009 to October 2015. Rob is an alumnus of Des Moines Area Community College.
