Sonya Strage

Sonya Strage is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in product management and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Workiva since October 2012, Sonya has held multiple roles including Product Manager, Client Services Manager/Product Manager, Solutions Architect, Program Manager, and Senior Customer Success Manager, focusing on providing direct support to customers to ensure their success. Prior experience includes working as a Teller at Wells Fargo, where customer service and cash handling were key responsibilities, and various roles in sales and customer service during college, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills. Sonya holds a BA in HR Management from the University of Colorado Boulder and has international exposure from studies at the University of Wollongong.
