Stasi Phillips

Stasi Phillips, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various management roles. At Intel Corporation, Stasi served as the Accounting Governance & Business Transformation Manager and the M&A and Intel Capital Technical Accounting Manager, overseeing accounting and reporting for multiple M&A, divestiture, and venture capital transactions. Stasi also held positions including Global Capital Accounting Controller and Global Fixed Asset Accounting Manager, focusing on technical policy, financial reporting, and business process management. Previous experience includes External Reporting Manager at Smith Barney, Finance Manager at Audigy Group, and Supervising Senior Assurance Associate at Ernst & Young, where Stasi was responsible for financial statement audits in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
