Stephen Jobe is a seasoned customer success professional with extensive experience in managing and supporting enterprise clients. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Success Manager for Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Workiva since August 2021, Stephen previously held multiple roles at Cirrus Insight, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Manager of Customer Success, where responsibilities included leading deployment of cloud-based services and managing client relationships. Additional experience includes roles at Sky Firm International as a Global Technical Headhunter, as well as previous positions in management and client engagement. Stephen holds a Bachelor's of Art in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned in 2011.
