William Campbell

William Campbell is an experienced professional in learning design and customer education, currently serving as the Managing Learning Design and Digital Engagement at Workiva since April 2023, where William leads an instructional design team to enhance customer education. Prior experience includes roles in customer education design at Karbon and learning experience design at Asana, where significant projects included developing a flagship e-learning course on change management and designing curriculum for a major community learning event. Additional leadership roles held at Playworks and Interfaith America involved directing talent development and student leadership training. William's career began in nonprofit and higher education roles focused on leadership development and training, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Valparaiso University.
