Sandra Adar

Sandra Adar has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sandra began their career in 2007 at Psagot Investment House, where they held various roles including Sales Representative, Shift Manager, and eventually became the Chief of Staff and Project Manager for Psagot Pension. During this time, they showcased strong interpersonal skills and gained a fundamental understanding of the Long Term Savings field. In 2012, Sandra joined הבנק הבינלאומי - FIBI as a Financial Analyst, where they retrieved and analyzed financial data for high net worth clients. Sandra then moved on to Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD, where they served as a Project Manager for Corporate Strategy & Economics and later worked in the Office of the Chief of Staff to the CEO, focusing on Business Strategy. In 2018, Sandra volunteered as a Business and Marketing Research Advisor at MoneyCompass.io. Sandra then joined Microsoft in 2019 as a Pre-sales Consultant for Microsoft Consulting Services. Sandra's most recent position is at Amdocs, where they started in 2020. Sandra initially worked in Business Operations as a maternity leave replacement for the Chief of Staff to the CEO and later shifted to Business Strategy and Strategic Initiatives. Currently, they are employed as a Strategy Project Manager at Workiz since 2023.

Sandra Adar has a diverse education history. Sandra obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Reichman University, graduating in 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing & Strategy from Tel Aviv University, completing their studies in 2014.

In 2019, Sandra pursued further education by enrolling in a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation and Design Thinking (PGDID) program offered by Emeritus. Sandra successfully completed the program in 2020, specializing in Innovation and Strategy.

Additionally, Sandra has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In 2020, they completed courses such as Learning Design Research, Design Thinking: Implementing the Process, and Design Thinking: Understanding the Process, all offered by LinkedIn. Sandra also holds a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, obtained in 2020. Moreover, Sandra acquired an Authorized Pension Advisor certification from the Israel Ministry of Finance in 2009 and a Google AdWords Fundamentals certification from Google in 2015.
