Sai Sun is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in software QA analysis. Currently serving as a Senior QA Analyst at WorkJam since January 2023, Sai previously held multiple roles at Cerence Inc. from October 2019 to November 2022, including Senior Software QA Analyst (Tech Lead) and Software QA Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at Nuance Communications, where Sai was a Software QA Analyst and Associate Software QA Analyst from September 2017 to September 2019. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Concordia University (2011-2016) and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Dalian University of Foreign Languages (2007-2011).
