Emma James is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee engagement and marketing. Currently serving as Project Lead at WorkL since February 2025, Emma previously held several senior roles at Moto Hospitality from October 2020 to February 2025, including Head of Colleague Experience & Comms, where responsibilities included enhancing colleague experience and communication for over 6000 employees. Emma also has a background in employee engagement strategy from a tenure at Merlin Entertainments plc and previously held leadership roles at Intergage Ltd. and Tasty Marketing Ltd., the latter of which Emma founded. Emma holds a BA Hons in International Marketing Management from Bournemouth University.
