Danielle Pitl

Danielle Pitl has extensive work experience in communications and internal communications. Danielle currently holds the position of Director of Communications at Workleap. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Internal Communications at Fiera Capital. Danielle also worked at BOMBARDIER, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Employee Communications, ESG and Community Giving, Senior Director of Brand, Digital Strategy and Employee Communications, and Director of Employee Communications and Digital Strategy. Before joining BOMBARDIER, Danielle worked as the Director of Communications and Content at Northbridge Financial Corporation and as a Manager of Internal Communications at the same company. Danielle also worked as a Senior Communications Specialist at Intact and ING, where they focused on Group Social Responsibility, HR, and public relations. Danielle's earlier roles include Communication Coordinator at ING Canada, Editorial Project Manager at Youth Employment Services (YES), and Marketing & Communications Assistant at McGill-Queen's University Press.

Danielle Pitl obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Concordia University from 2000 to 2003. Danielle completed a joint specialization in English and History and also minored in Liberal Arts.
