Jafar Owainati is an accomplished executive with a strong background in revenue generation and compensation management. Currently serving as the Head of Revenue for Workleap since July 2025, Jafar focuses on enhancing employee experience through an array of services, including compensation solutions following Workleap's acquisition of Barley. Prior to this role, Jafar co-founded and led Barley as CEO from March 2021 until its acquisition, providing innovative compensation management tools. Jafar's career also includes significant contributions to Loopio as a co-founder and in various leadership roles, enhancing response processes for RFPs and sales. Additionally, Jafar held consulting positions at Monitor Deloitte and Deloitte Consulting, along with engineering roles at NORR Limited and SNC-Lavalin.
