Melody Ouellette has a background in communication and marketing, with experience in brand management, account direction, and marketing strategy. Currently, Melody serves as the Director of Brand and Content at Workleap, where Melody leads a team in various brand marketing and employer brand initiatives. Prior to this role, Melody held positions at lg2, CARTIER, and Vidéotron where Melody also demonstrated expertise in account direction and brand management. Melody is currently furthering their education with a Marketing Week Mini MBA program.
