Michael Noiseux

Michael Noiseux has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Sports Experts in 2008 and worked there until 2013. Michael then joined RONA as a Marketing Manager from April 2013 to August 2013, and later became a Manager at RONA from September 2013 to September 2014. In 2015, Michael worked as an Assistant Manager at Cirque du Soleil from January to March, and also had another Manager role at RONA from June to August.

In 2015, Michael joined ShareGate as a Sales Specialist until March 2018, where they focused on revolutionizing the world of work through technological products. Michael held various roles at ShareGate, including Sales Team Lead from September 2016 to January 2020 and Sales Team Manager from January 2020 to March 2020.

From March 2020 to September 2021, Michael served as the Director of Sales at ShareGate. Michael then transitioned to Workleap in September 2021, where they initially worked as a Sales Team Manager before being promoted to Director of Sales.

In April 2021, Michael also became an Executive Member at Pavilion, participating in their Revenue Growth Architecture School program to enhance their revenue growth skills. Pavilion is a private membership for high-growth operators.

Michael Noiseux has a Bachelor's degree in Relations Industrielles and Sciences Humaines from Université de Montréal, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a DEC in Administration des affaires at Collège Édouard-Montpetit from 2006 to 2009. Michael also has additional certifications in CRO School from Pavilion, Storytelling for influence from IDEO U, Revenue Growth Architecture School from Pavilion, and Inbound Business Strategy from HubSpot.
