Ryan James

Ryan James is an accomplished product designer with extensive experience in creating cohesive user experiences across various platforms. Currently serving as Product Designer II at Workleap since June 2022, Ryan leads design efforts for SaaS products, focusing on unified user onboarding and activation flows. Previously, Ryan held positions such as Lead Product Designer at Pollin and OPN Technologies, where responsibilities included redesigning fertility journey interfaces and leading design across multiple healthcare platforms. Additional experience includes UX/UI design roles at Stem Commerce, DISCOVERY DREAM HOMES, and R3VE, with a strong emphasis on user research, collaboration, and design systems. Ryan holds an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Interactive Design and Development and another in Graphic Design from George Brown College.
