Felix Steffens

Felix Steffens is co-founder and head of operations at WorkMotion. Prior to WorkMotion, they were an early-stage investor at Global Founders Capital from January 2019 to December 2020. Before that, they were a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from January 2016 to December 2019. Felix started their career as a summer analyst in the restructuring group at The Blackstone Group in 2015 and then moved to J.P. Morgan in 2014, where they worked in the M&A group.

Felix Steffens has a Bachelor of Science in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
