WORK·MOVES / (noun)

The art of successfully navigating and ‘choreographing’ performance at work.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
WorkMoves Consulting Inc. was founded on a simple but powerful premise: performance is not accidental. It is ‘choreographed’ to ensure that systems, people, and processes are aligned with your strategic vision and business objectives.

With over 40 years of combined experience building competence at work, we recognize the friction that occurs when strategy and execution are misaligned. Our mission is dedicated to bridging that gap.

THE METHODOLOGY
Out of this deep operational history, we developed the Rapid Response Orientation System (R.R.O.S.)™. This proprietary methodology is engineered to cut through complexity, accelerate understanding, and stabilize performance during periods of change and uncertainty.

OUR APPROACH
By blending the discipline of the R.R.O.S.™ framework with what we’ve learned over the years – and always with an eye on where work is headed – we ensure every solution we design is as resilient as it is impactful.

We don’t just build the tools; we also equip your team with the internal capabilities to manage evolving performance needs in-house. This empowers your organization to maintain the vital connections between strategy and execution, as your landscape evolves.

To achieve this, we translate strategy and change into performance by building the connections between concept and implementation. As organizations plan new initiatives, systems, and processes, we help capture the knowledge and know-how employees need to be successful, connecting the ‘hard-to-see’ links between strategy and execution.

With a track record of over 100 successful projects, WorkMoves supports organizations large and small, as they develop the competence required to succeed within their unique operating environments.

Ultimately we choreograph the learning and performance solutions that accelerate the path from strategic to operational alignment.
