Mark Cockburn

Mark Cockburn has extensive work experience in various roles. Mark most recently worked at WorkNest as the Head of Development starting in September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at AdviserPlus as a Solutions Architect from January 2018 to August 2019. From September 2016 to January 2018, Mark worked at Eurofins Food & Water Testing UK & IE as the Lead Developer / Development Team Manager. Mark also held the role of Senior Software Developer at Eurofins from July 2014 to January 2018. Before that, they worked at Alcontrol Laboratories as a Software Developer from June 2013 to June 2014. Mark's career began at Burning Glass Technologies as a Junior Developer from November 2012 to June 2013. Prior to their career in the tech industry, they served as the Head of Maths Dept at UCEAcademy from September 1995 to August 2012.

Mark Cockburn completed their education at the University of Leeds, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from 1990 to 1993. Mark later pursued further education at the University of Liverpool, completing a PGCE in Mathematics from 1994 to 1995. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mark has obtained several certifications from Microsoft. Mark became a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer in June 2013 and received certifications for MCTS WinForms, MCTS ADO.NET, and MCTS ASP.NET in 2012.
