They have been a Senior Advisor at WORKO AB since 2016, contributing to operational efficiency and innovation in recruitment across the Norwegian and Swedish markets. With a background in leadership roles, My has also served as the Country Manager in Norway and has a track record of building teams and delivering results for clients and stakeholders. They hold degrees in Business Management and Marketing from IHM Business School and have pursued additional training in leadership.
