Dmitrij Dolgov

Dmitrij Dolgov has a diverse work experience in various positions. Dmitrij worked as the Head of Operations, Baltic and Eastern Europe at WORKOFO, where they focused on optimizing workforce scheduling and achieved significant savings in required staff. Prior to that, they served as the Baltic Sky Branch digital solutions manager at Citadele banka, where they implemented new customer service processes and saved resources for call centers in the Baltic region. Dmitrij also had roles at SEB Lietuvoje, including Organizational group manager, Project manager/ Analytic, Client Services Consultant, and Assistant to the Baltic head of e-signature business development in digital banking. In these positions, they organized events, managed call center systems, and provided clear reporting. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant to Innovation project manager at SEB Lietuvoje and was a member of the Vilnius University student association, where they gained experience in public speaking and events planning.

Dmitrij Dolgov obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Business Administration from Vilnius University between the years 2013 and 2017. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Management of Information Systems at the same university from 2017 to 2019.
