Melissa Gushwa

Melissa Gushwa has extensive experience in workforce development, currently serving as the Regional Communications Coordinator and Hiring Event Coordinator Job Placement Specialist at WorkOne Northern Indiana since August 2014. In this role, Melissa advances employer services strategies and effectively communicates with stakeholders to address workforce needs. Prior to WorkOne, Melissa worked at Towne Air Freight from 2010 to 2014 as Central Dispatch for Top Accounts, managing high-profile client concerns and ensuring compliance. Melissa's career began as an Administrative Assistant at Gurley Leep Automotive Group from 1994 to 1996. Educationally, Melissa attended Purdue University from 1996 to 1998 and later attended Franklin University from 2006 to 2008.
