Prior to this position, Patricia worked as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, delivering excellent customer service in a high-paced environment, and as a Customer Service Representative at the Michigan City License Branch, where responsibilities included processing licenses and managing financial transactions. Patricia holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2013 and 2015.
