Shaurya Poddar is a seasoned professional with significant experience in digital transformation and operations management. As Co-Founder of WorkOnGrid since March 2018, Shaurya has focused on enhancing frontline operations in heavy industries such as Mining, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing across 15 countries by leveraging No-Code technologies. Additionally, Shaurya has developed a data and workflow management platform designed to align with users' processes, addressing the challenges of technology adaptation in digital initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Google from October 2015 to April 2018, where Shaurya served as an Account Manager and Associate Account Strategist, assisting high-growth startups and offline businesses in expanding their digital presence through the Accelerated Growth Programme. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from St. Xavier's College, completed in 2015.
