Ron A.

Ron A. is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as a Developer Success Engineer at WorkOS since December 2023. Previously, Ron held various roles at Zoom, including Platform Engineer - Partner Support Engineer and Developer Advocate, from February 2021 to February 2023. At Cockroach Labs, Ron was the first individual contributor hired as a Technical Support Engineer, focusing on troubleshooting CockroachDB and expanding the team. Ron also served as the Technical Support Engineer Team Lead at Olapic, utilizing expertise in multiple programming languages to assist global brands with a SaaS platform. Earlier experience includes positions at XO Group Inc. as an Operations and Data Analyst, and Squarespace as a Technical Support professional. Ron holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Montclair State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stony Brook University, and a Master’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature from The City College of New York.
