Using social networking approaches, Thirsty Horses Solutions has developed and delivered a completely new way of thinking about performance management - workpal [Performance, Appraisal, Learning]. We have taken the over used word ‘empowerment’ and made it real, enabling all staff to understand and own their performance and personal development. Through this activity, we are simultaneously furnishing Executive/Board teams with a stream of 'real-time' strategic workforce data that is key to understanding their reality and then moving their organisation forward.
