Jonas Rieke is a seasoned professional in operational leadership and business development, currently serving as the COO and Co-Founder of Personio since June 2016. In addition to this role, Jonas co-founded the Personio Foundation in December 2021, is a Board Member at Capmo, and serves as a Board Advisor for Workpath, both from 2020 and 2021 respectively. Previous experiences include investment management at Project A Ventures and business development at Hendricks & Schwartz and komoot. Jonas holds an Honors Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM), has been a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, and earned B.Sc. degrees in Business Administration and Geography from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
