Rik Rapmund

Rik Rapmund has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 when they founded Lipno Travel, an online travel agency. In 2012, they became a Snowboard Instructor at the Swiss Ski and Snowboard School. In 2017, they took on the role of Directeur at REFQ. In 2018, they became the CEO & Founder of WorkPi, a decentralised recruitment ecosystem driven by AI, data & blockchain solutions. Most recently, in 2019, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of Work X.

Rik Rapmund completed a VWO at Rijnlands Lyceum Wassenaar from 2006 to 2012. Rik then attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained a Propedeuse in Economics & Business Economics. Rik then attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics & Business Economics. Rik returned to VU Amsterdam from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing.
