Rodrigo Balma

Rodrigo Balma has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rodrigo founded and works as a consultant at RBalma - Gestão Impulsiona Gente since April 2019. Rodrigo also serves as the COO at WORKPLACE21 since September 2020. In addition, Rodrigo works as a mentor at Instituto Semear since November 2020 and as a professor at Live University since March 2022.
