Roberto Vale is an experienced academic and professional with a strong focus on Human Resources, intercultural communication, and talent management. Currently serving as a Guest Lecturer at Singapore Management University and Universidade Federal do Amazonas, Roberto delivers lectures on talent management, global mobility, and intercultural competence. As a volunteer Director of International Relations for the Peace for Development Refugee Initiative, Roberto advocates for capacity building within a grassroots organization in Kakuma Refugee Camp. Roberto also founded Adapt2Lead Management Consulting, specializing in executive leadership and business internationalization, and serves as a mentor for various organizations, including the Workplace Accelerator and Bridge for Billions.
