Roberto Vale is an experienced academic and professional with a strong focus on Human Resources, intercultural communication, and talent management. Currently serving as a Guest Lecturer at Singapore Management University and Universidade Federal do Amazonas, Roberto delivers lectures on talent management, global mobility, and intercultural competence. As a volunteer Director of International Relations for the Peace for Development Refugee Initiative, Roberto advocates for capacity building within a grassroots organization in Kakuma Refugee Camp. Roberto also founded Adapt2Lead Management Consulting, specializing in executive leadership and business internationalization, and serves as a mentor for various organizations, including the Workplace Accelerator and Bridge for Billions. Previously, roles included Vice President of Global Advisory Services at NetExpat and Director of Business Development at the Latin American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration in Innovation from Singapore Management University and a Master's in International and Intercultural Management from SIT Graduate Institute.

The Workplace Accelerator is the only global HR Tech & Work Tech dedicated programme focused on shaping how the world works. With regional programmes focused on APAC, US, UK & EU we provide specific geographic and operational expertise and support for each of our participants and the chance to be part of our global community. We focus on Work tech as defined as Talent Acquisition tools, Talent Management Tools, Collaboration and Productivity tools, HR & Admin tools and Workforce Management tools. We provide a structured 12 week programme with hands on guidance from subject matter and functional experts to help scale the most promising Work & HR Tech ventures around the world. We also provide direct market access to over 200 HR professionals and prospective partners for the participants to meet with. This is all supported with investment, networking and peer to peer support specifically designed for HR Tech Ventures focused within their specific regions.
