Workplace Designs Limited (WDL) is a specialist workplace design and consultancy practice established in 1997. Based in Central London, we help organisations create well-considered, efficient and people-focused environments through a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise and meticulous project support.

Our services span the complete workplace journey, from feasibility studies, workplace consultancy and space planning, through to interior design, technical detailing, FF&E specification and project monitoring. We work closely with clients, designers, contractors and suppliers to ensure each scheme is delivered in accordance with design intent, regulatory compliance and agreed performance standards.
 
We pride ourselves on clarity, transparency and attention to detail. Our structured reporting, regular site reviews and rigorous quality oversight provide clients with full visibility throughout their project. This approach has resulted in over 85–90% of clients re-engaging WDL for ongoing or future projects, a reflection of our commitment to long-term partnerships and consistently high standards.

Our London studio also serves as a working showroom, allowing clients to experience furniture, finishes and workplace solutions first-hand.
