Joseph Wheatley

Joe Wheatley is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Workplace Learning System, previously known as EnPro Learning System, where leadership is provided in the management consulting sector. With 30 years of experience across multiple industries including heavy-duty metal working, chemicals, oil and gas, plastics, electronics, semiconductor, and biomedical, Joe has held significant roles such as President and Vice President at EnPro Learning System and EnPro Industries Inc., respectively. Previous positions include Corporate Director of Risk Management and EHS Affairs at Harris Corporation and Engineering Supervisor at Baxter International Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte, a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Florida Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Florida State University.
