Frances has previously held senior roles at Rocky Bay and National Disability Services, and is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of WA Blue Sky, a community services organisation that supports people with disability to achieve independence through personal and home assistance and accommodation options. Frances joined the Board in 2021.
