Heather Collins

Customer Success Engineer/ Team Lead at WorkProud

Heather Collins has a diverse and extensive work experience. Heather began their career in 2006 at an Indigenous craft gallery, where they worked in sales for seven years until 2013. Heather then joined Online Rewards in 2013 as an Account Manager, where they excelled and eventually transitioned to the role of Account Executive in February 2021. Later in August 2021, Heather became the Customer Success Engineer Team Lead at Online Rewards. In the same year, they also joined WorkProud as a Customer Success Engineer/Team Lead. Heather's work experience demonstrates their versatility in sales, account management, and customer success roles.

Heather Collins attended the University of Cincinnati from 1992 to 1997, where they received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Agile Requirements Foundations and Business Analysis Foundations from LinkedIn in August 2021 and May 2021, respectively.
