Arsh Mand

Arsh Mand is currently the CTO & Co-Founder at WorkRamp where Arsh focuses on enabling world-class employee development. Prior to this role, Arsh Mand served as the Director of Engineering at SpoonRocket, leading product and engineering efforts. Arsh also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Box, where Arsh led teams and projects related to messaging infrastructure and Box Notes. Arsh Mand has a background in software engineering and has also co-founded Adsemble.com, focusing on developing an “out-of-home digital signage” advertising network. Additionally, Arsh has experience as a Software Engineer intern at Sun Microsystems. Arsh Mand holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
