Daphne S. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2015 with INSZoom as a Product Support Specialist. In 2016, they joined Fivestars as a Technical Support Hero, progressing to Senior Support Specialist and Customer Support Hero. In 2018, they moved to Cisco Meraki as a Support Ops Specialist. Most recently, in 2019, they joined WorkRamp as Manager of Customer Support and Escalations, Tech Ops & Support Manager, and Senior Support Representative.

Daphne S. is currently studying Psychology and Social Behavior at UC Irvine. Daphne has obtained the Certified Paper Expert certification from WorkRamp in July 2022, the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certification from Cisco in May 2019, and the Network+ certification from CompTIA.
