Douw Bester

Douw Bester is currently the Group Controller at Workrate, where they leverage their extensive experience in financial management. They previously held positions as an Experienced Assistant Accountant at DB&C | De Bruijn & Co, a Financial Account Manager at Intertrust Group, and a Fund Accountant at Sanne. Douw began their accounting career as a Trainee Accountant at FODB Ing and later worked as an Accountant in the same company. They hold two Bachelor of Commerce degrees in Financial Accounting and Accounting and Finance, obtained from Stellenbosch University and the University of South Africa, respectively, after completing their Matric at Paarl Boys' High School.
