Walker Probasco

Walker Probasco has a diverse work experience in product management roles. Starting in 2016 at Covenant Transport Services, they recruited drivers to gather UX design information and improved driver morale. At Triumph Business Capital in 2020, they collaborated with multiple stakeholders to create internal tools and increase team efficiency. In the same year, they joined Transflo, conducting user research and translating customer needs into product strategy. In 2021, they worked as a Product Manager - TECH MBA Student at NYU Stern School of Business. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at WorkRecords + WorkConnect, overseeing the development of labor supply chain technology and real-time worker-employer connectivity.

Walker Probasco earned a Tech MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University in 2014. Their secondary education was completed at Baylor School from 2003 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Probasco has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Walker received a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2019, as well as a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in the same year. In 2021, Probasco earned a Product Manager Certificate from Product School, and they are set to obtain their Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2023.
