Chase Dalton

Chase Dalton serves as Deputy General Counsel at Workrise since February 2020, overseeing a range of corporate legal matters, particularly large-scale transactions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), credit agreements, and venture capital financings. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Associate at Vinson & Elkins, where Chase advised on venture financings and represented companies in M&A transactions, including a notable acquisition involving ForeFlight, LLC and Boeing, Inc. Chase's legal career began at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP as an Associate, focusing on loan and bond documents and SEC compliance, following earlier clerkships at the Orleans Public Defenders and the Tax Law Center. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, with additional legal studies at The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Texas McCombs School of Business.
