Derek Daugherty is an experienced Senior Drilling Supervisor at Workrise since May 2022, currently engaged in dual roles involving drilling supervision and directional drilling operations for Discovery Natural Resources on multi-well pads. Prior to this, Derek served as a Drilling Consultant from December 2012 to February 2020, working with companies such as Nine Point Energy, Oxy, and EOG Resources in the Williston Basin.
