Jeff Taylor is an experienced professional in quality control and inspection, currently serving as Sr. Chief Inspector QCS for Workrise at TC Energy since May 2024. Prior roles include Sr. Chief Inspector at Cleveland Integrity Services and Quality Assurance Specialist with Quality Integrated Services, Inc. (QIS). Jeff has extensive expertise as an AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), API 1104 certified, and OSHA 30 certified. Additionally, Jeff co-owned and managed Performance Pipeline LLC and held the position of Project Manager for EQT Midstream at Bowman Consulting. Earlier in their career, significant experience was gained as Chief Inspector and Construction Manager at NiSource. Jeff attended WV State College from 1983 to 1985 and completed education at Herbert Hoover High School from 1979 to 1982.
