Lizz Cuzzacrea

Lizz Cuzzacrea has a wealth of experience in UX research, having worked in various roles and companies over the years. Their most recent position was as a Director of User Research at Workrise, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead User Researcher at Workrise from October 2020 to February 2022. Lizz also held positions such as Manager of UX Research at Leafly from September 2019 to March 2020, Lead UX Researcher at Spreetail from April 2019 to August 2019, and Senior UX Researcher at RetailMeNot, Inc. from February 2018 to March 2019. Lizz also served as a Manager of UX Research at URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People, and Nuuly) from 2017 to 2018. Their career started at UserTesting, where they worked as an Associate UX Researcher from 2014 to 2015.

Lizz Cuzzacrea has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the State University of New York at Oswego. Lizz also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Cognitive Science and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology, with minors in Psychology and Chemistry, from the same university.
