Luis C possesses extensive experience in recruitment and management within diverse sectors. Currently serving as an Energy Recruiter at Workrise since April 2020, Luis has successfully managed full-cycle recruiting processes for various positions in the renewable energy, construction, transportation, and warehousing industries, significantly expanding the Wind department's workforce from 130 to over 500 employees. Prior to this role, Luis held positions at Accenture as a Software Analyst and Content Moderator, and at TCT Consultores, focusing on customer success. Additional experience includes sales expertise as a Car Sales Executive at Toyota Interlomas and leadership roles such as Gastronomy Director for the State of Chiapas and Chief of Staff for a Congressman. Luis holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Universidad del Sureste de Mexico and Tecnológico de Monterrey, with further education in sustainable development and problem-solving from Columbia University and UC Irvine, respectively.
